Mr. Gleacher is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Gleacher & Company. Mr. Gleacher was Chairman of Gleacher Partners, which he founded in 1990. Mr. Gleacher founded the M&A department at Lehman Brothers in 1978 and headed global M&A at Morgan Stanley from 1985 to 1990. Mr. Gleacher is Chairman of the Institute for Sports Medicine at the Hospital for Special Surgery in New York and is also Chairman of the Ransome Scholarship Trust for St. Andrews University in St. Andrews, Scotland. Mr. Gleacher also serves as a member of the Board of Trustees for Northwestern University. Mr. Gleacher received an MBA from The University of Chicago  Booth School of Business and a BA from Northwestern University and served as a U.S. Marine infantry officer in the 1960s.

Mr. McNierney is the President and Chief Operating Officer of Gleacher & Company. Mr. McNierney joined Broadpoint in 2002 as the Director of Investment Banking, and served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company and Broadpoint from June 2006 until September 2007. Mr. McNierney has been a director of the Company since June 2006. Prior to joining Broadpoint, Mr. McNierney was a Managing Director of the Healthcare and Communications Services investment banking groups at Robertson Stephens. Prior to that, Mr. McNierney was a Vice President in the Healthcare investment banking group at Smith Barney. Mr. McNierney received a BA and a JD/MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.

Jeffrey Kugler was appointed the Acting Chief Financial Officer of the Company on March 31, 2010. Mr. Kugler has been Controller and Chief Operations Officer of Broadpoint Capital, Inc., a subsidiary of the Company, since March 2008. Mr. Kugler has over 20 years of experience in the securities and financial services industries. From 2003 to 2007, Mr. Kugler worked at Pershing LLC (a subsidiary of the Bank of New York Mellon), the largest correspondent services and clearance corporation, as a vice president of their account management group. From 1996 to 2002, Mr. Kugler worked at Gruntal & Co., LLC, a full service independent broker dealer, in various capacities, serving as Corporate Controller, Chief Administrative Officer of Capital Markets and a member of the firm’s credit committee. From 1995 to 1996, Mr. Kugler was responsible for broker dealer reporting at Prudential Securities Incorporated. From 1989 to 1995, Mr. Kugler was a Divisional Vice President at PaineWebber Incorporated, serving in a variety of financial management positions in finance, regulatory reporting and merchant banking. Mr. Kugler received his B.A. from Rutgers University and is a registered C.P.A. in the states of New York and New Jersey.

Ms. Arciero-Craig is Gleacher & Company’s General Counsel and Secretary. She joined the firm in 1997. She has been General Counsel and Secretary of the Company since 2007. From 2003 to 2007, Ms. Arciero-Craig served as Deputy General Counsel and prior to 2003, she served as Associate General Counsel. Prior to joining the firm, she was an attorney with the law firm of Harris Beach PLLC, where she practiced in the fields of commercial litigation, bankruptcy and restructuring. Ms. Arciero-Craig received a JD from Albany Law School of Union University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Fairfield University. Ms. Arciero-Craig is a member of various Securities Industry and Financial Markets Association committees.
