Mr. Hogan is a Managing Director of Gleacher & Company and provides senior investment banking coverage of industrial companies with an emphasis on the engineering & construction, building products and construction materials sectors. He joined the firm in 2009. Prior to joining, Mr. Hogan spent 17 years at Merrill Lynch & Co. where he most recently headed the Building & Construction team within the global investment banking division. Over the course of his career, Mr. Hogan has provided strategic advisory, merger & acquisition and capital raising services to a broad spectrum of corporate, institutional and governmental clients from around the world. Mr. Hogan received his MBA from Columbia University and a BA from Georgetown University.
